How do you intend to evaluate the progress of the project and its impact on the participating 
pupils and teachers, the participating institutions and, where relevant, on the local community?

By using questionnaires and surveys during the project which will be sent to participants 
(teachers, pupils, parents and other members of school community). Also through the materials
we are able to make  and use, and knowing the progress that the students of each school make
in reading.
